PTM 5K for Goree

To honor The Gorée Project, a historic 3.5 mile open water swim where hundreds of Senegalese and African swimmers retrace the same path enslaved Africans traveled over 400 years ago to flee Gorée before being shipped in the cross Atlantic slave trade, Perfect Timing Multisport (PTM) is inviting you to join us for a virtual 5K+ (3.5), benefiting Black Kids Swim, Inc.

Participants will have 3.5 days to complete their 3.5 mile run/walk. When completing your run/walk, please be sure to use the hashtag #PTM5K4Goree and tag @PerfectTimingMultisport & @BlackKidsSwim on IG and Facebook. 

Always remember that training is about having fun, accomplishing a goal and creating new ones and conquering those. This is a feat, between you and your goals and nothing else. Have fun!
