CHARM District 5K Race Description
Over the past decade, the Capitol Hill Area Runner's Movement (CHARM), has demonstrated a dedication to helping people develop and maintain a culture of healthy living by exercising. This has been accomplished by facilitating a safe space for people to start a regular walking regiment all the way to realizing a consistent running/jogging culture. CHARM's members continue to value its core mission of maintaining the body as a temple with a holistic approach to total wellness. In collaboration with the Capitol Hill Seventh-day Adventist Church, CHARM will host its inaugural 5K Race. Runners and Virtual 5K runners will receive a medal.
